1. Service Overview
Canva Concierge is a premium, on-demand design support program intended to help you make the most of your Luxury Canva portfolio access. The Service provides professional creative assistance aligned with eXp Luxury branding standards and the scope of the plan you purchase.
2. Service Commitments
- We strive to acknowledge new requests within 24 business hours of submission, subject to volume and holidays.
- Standard deliverables are typically targeted for delivery within 48 business hours where the scope is clear and assets are provided; complex or multi-asset requests may require additional time.
- Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on request complexity, revisions, and third-party dependencies.
3. Scope of Services
Depending on your plan, the Service may include deliverables such as:
- Social media graphics and post layouts
- Print-ready marketing pieces (flyers, postcards, etc.)
- Short-form video / Reels editing and packaging
- Application of existing logo lock-ups and brand templates
- Light copy placement within designed layouts you provide

- Deliverables are created in Canva (or compatible formats) unless otherwise specified for your plan.
- Scope is limited to the monthly hours and feature set described for your tier at checkout.
- Requests should reference your plan tier; work beyond included hours may require an upgrade or separate written agreement.
4. Work Hours & Submission Process
- Design production generally occurs during Monday–Friday business hours (excluding company holidays), unless your plan expressly includes extended coverage.
- Submissions must use the channels communicated at onboarding (e.g., designated email, form, or project portal). Requests sent through unofficial channels may be delayed or declined.
- Each request should include a clear brief, due date (if any), brand assets, and examples or references when helpful.
5. Rush & Urgent Requests
- Rush or same-day needs are reviewed case by case and may not always be available.
- Fulfillment may require plan upgrade, additional fees, or rescheduling of other work.
6. Design Ownership & Usage Rights
- Upon payment and delivery, you receive the right to use approved final assets for your real estate business in accordance with eXp Luxury brand guidelines and applicable licenses (including Canva's terms for template elements).
- You are responsible for ensuring any stock imagery, fonts, or third-party elements are licensed appropriately for your use.
- eXp Luxury and its vendors may retain internal records, process documentation, and non-exclusive rights to underlying templates or methods used to produce deliverables.
7. Member Responsibilities
- Provide accurate briefs, copy, disclaimers, and compliance language required for your market.
- Supply brand-approved logos, colors, fonts, and photography you are authorized to use.
- Respond to revision requests within a reasonable time; delays in feedback may affect delivery dates and monthly hour usage.
- Maintain active eXp Luxury membership and Canva access as required for your plan.
8. Service Limitations
Unless expressly included in writing for your tier, the Service does not include:
- Custom logo design or full brand identity creation from scratch
- 3D renderings, architectural visualization, or CAD work
- Full website design, development, hosting, or SEO campaigns
- Photography, videography on location, or drone capture
- Guaranteed MLS, board, or brokerage compliance for every jurisdiction
- Legal review, fair-housing compliance certification, or advertising law advice
- Paid media buying, influencer contracts, or campaign management
- Unlimited revision rounds beyond what is reasonable for the included hours
9. Printing & File Delivery
- You are responsible for selecting print vendors, proofing proofs, and all printing costs.
- Print-ready files are supplied to common specifications (e.g., bleed, CMYK/RGB as appropriate); final output may vary by printer and stock.
- Color, crop, and finish variances between screen and print are normal and not grounds for refund of design fees.
10. Unused Time & Plan Expiration
Monthly plan hours are allocated per billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific promotion. Unused time expires at the end of the applicable period. Cancellations and refunds follow the payment processor and plan terms in effect at purchase.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
