You may qualify for eXp Luxury Membership through past sales production or through a Luxury Certification.
Requirements by Production:
- (3) closed sides within the last 24-month period at 3x Average Sales Price of your local region
OR
- (3) closed sides within the last 24 months at an amount equivalent to $1,000,000+ USD
Requirements by Certification:
You may also qualify to join the division by earning one of the following luxury certifications:
- eXp Luxury Certification
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing
Enrollment Fee:
The regular price of membership is $2,500 annually for Primary Agents, and $995 for Team Members.
