eXp^® Luxury Membership Terms and Conditions

a. Enrollment Conditions:

To be eligible to enroll in eXp Luxury, you must:

1. Be an active, licensed real estate sales associate or broker in good standing with eXp Realty in a market where eXp Luxury is offered;
2. Satisfy eXp's then-current qualification criteria, which may include production thresholds (such as closed transaction sides and sale prices over a defined period) and/or approved luxury credentials, as published by eXp from time to time; and
3. Complete any enrollment steps designated by eXp, including:
   • Submission of accurate information through eXp's enrollment or payment systems;
   • Acknowledgment of these Terms and related policies; and
   • Payment of applicable enrollment fees when due.

b. Enrollment in eXp Luxury:

1. Enrollment is subject to eXp's approval. eXp may accept or decline enrollment in its sole discretion.
2. Team members may be subject to additional requirements, including that a qualifying team leader is enrolled in eXp Luxury where a discounted team rate applies.

c. eXp Luxury Certification Course:

You may be required to complete the eXp Luxury Certification Course or other training made available by eXp as a condition of enrollment or continued participation. Failure to complete required training within the timeframes eXp specifies may affect your membership status or benefits.

a. Membership Types; Benefits:

eXp may offer different membership levels from time to time, including:

1. Premium Membership — Provides access to the full suite of eXp Luxury benefits, tools, and resources described at enrollment, which may include listing syndication and distribution through the Luxury Listing Center and related premium features, subject to operational availability and separate fee schedules where applicable.
2. Brand Membership — Provides access to selected branding, design, education, and community benefits as described at enrollment. Brand membership may not include certain premium features such as Luxury Listing Center syndication unless otherwise specified by eXp.

b. Premium Membership Add-ons:

From time to time, eXp may make optional add-ons available to Premium members for an additional fee. Add-ons are optional; fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated by eXp.

c. Upgrades/Downgrades:

Upgrades or downgrades between membership types (for example, Brand to Premium or Premium to Brand) are subject to eXp's approval, proration or fee rules, and effective dates communicated at the time of the change. Benefits for each tier apply only for periods during which you are enrolled in that tier and current on fees.

a. Enrollment Fees:

Enrollment and membership fees are established by eXp and displayed at the time you enroll. Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Taxes may apply where required.

b. Add-On Fees (Premium Membership Only):

Optional Premium add-ons incur the fees disclosed at purchase. Failure to pay add-on fees may result in removal of those add-on features.

c. Luxury Listing Center Fees (Premium Membership Only):

Use of the Luxury Listing Center and related listing syndication may be subject to listing limits, fair-use rules, and additional per-listing or volume-based fees as described in eXp's current fee schedule or program materials. eXp may modify capabilities or limits with reasonable notice where permitted.

d. Payment Methods:

You authorize eXp to charge your selected payment method through eXp's electronic payment portal (or successor system) for enrollment fees, renewals, add-ons, and Luxury Listing Center or other applicable charges. You agree to maintain valid payment information and pay when due. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of membership or specific benefits.
