You may qualify for eXp Luxury Membership through past sales production or through Luxury Certification.
Requirements by Production:
- (3) closed sides within the last 24 month period at 3x Average Sales Price of local region* OR
- (3) closed sides within the last 24 months at €1,500,000+ each
Requirements by Certification:
You may also qualify to join the division by earning one of the following luxury certifications:
- eXp Luxury Certification (U.S. $500) | Free with Application
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing
Enrollment Fees:
- €2,500 EUR (plus applicable taxes) for Primary Agents OR
