You may qualify for eXp Luxury Membership through past sales production or through a Luxury Certification.
Requirements by Production:
- (3) closed sides within the last 24 month period at 3x Average Sales Price of local region* OR
- (3) closed sides within the last 24 months at €1,000,000+ each
Requirements by Certification:
You may also qualify to join the division by earning one of the following luxury certifications.
- eXp Luxury Certification (€250 EUR) free with Application
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing
Enrollment Fees:
