2. One-Time Service Scope
This is a one-time styling and setup package as described on the service page. Further design revisions, structural changes, or new features after delivery may require a separate agreement and additional fees.
3. Website Provider Functionality
Your site may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., website providers, CRM, or MLS tools). eXp Luxury is not responsible for platform-side changes, outages, deprecations, or policies imposed by those vendors.
4. Copyright and Intellectual Property
You ("Agent") are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all materials you provide (including images, video, copy, and logos). You are responsible for claims arising from content you supply.
5. Additional Services and Fees
Work outside the standard scope—such as custom coding, extended content creation, photography, or non-standard integrations—requires a separate estimate and written approval before work begins.
6. Membership Requirement and Branding Guidelines
Only active eXp Luxury members in good standing may use this service and associated branding. If membership ends or you are no longer authorized to use eXp Luxury marks, you must remove applicable logos and luxury branding from your site as required by program guidelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eXp Luxury and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to this service.
8. Acceptance of Terms
Submitting an intake form, remitting payment, or otherwise engaging the Luxury Website Enhancement Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service.
