Qualification Requirements
You may qualify for eXp Luxury Membership through past sales production or through Luxury Certification.
Requirements by Production:
- (3) closed sides within the last 24-month period at 3x Average Sales Price of local MLS, OR
- (3) closed sides within the last 24 months at $1,00,000.00.
Requirements by Certification:
You may qualify to join the division by holding one of the following luxury certifications:
- eXp Luxury Certification
SUMMER OF LUXURY AUSTIN Fast-Track Attendance
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing

What are the requirements for team members?
Team members must be part of a registered eXp Realty Standard, Domestic or Mega Icon Team. The team leader of an eXp Realty team must be enrolled in eXp Luxury in order for Team Members to receive the discounted rate. Self-organized teams which are not registered as eXp Realty Standard, Domestic or Mega Icon Teams are not eligible for team rates.
