Canva Concierge Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Canva Concierge design service provided exclusively to eXp Luxury members. By accessing or using the Canva Concierge service, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Service Overview

Canva Concierge is a premium design support service available to eXp Luxury members. Our objective is to deliver high-quality, customized marketing materials tailored to the unique needs of luxury real estate professionals.

2. Service Commitments

• All design requests will be acknowledged within 24 hours of submission.
• Standard delivery time for initial concepts and revisions is a minimum of 48 hours following confirmation.
• Urgent requests may be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed.

3. Scope of Services

Canva Concierge offers custom design services including but not limited to:

• Social media graphics
• Print materials
• Signage
• Direct mail
• Presentations
• Other marketing collateral supported by Canva

Details:

• All work is completed using Canva Pro.
• Deliverables are shared in editable Canva formats when applicable.
• Design requests must include complete and clear instructions (e.g., branding guidelines, property information, high-resolution images, preferred color schemes, etc.)

4. Work Hours & Submission Process

• Services are provided within the design hours allocated to the member’s subscription plan.
• Requests that exceed plan limits may require a service upgrade or express approval.
• All requests and revisions must be submitted through the designated communication channels.
• Canva Concierge operates during normal business hours (Mon–Fri). Requests submitted after-hours or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
• Standard turnaround time applies only to requests within the scope and hours of the plan.

5. Rush & Urgent Requests

• Rush requests are reviewed case-by-case based on team availability.
• Early submission is encouraged for time-sensitive needs.

6. Design Ownership & Usage Rights

• All completed designs are intended for use solely by eXp Luxury members for marketing purposes.
• Members retain full ownership and editing rights to delivered materials.
• Canva Concierge may showcase completed work for internal or promotional use unless the member explicitly opts out.

7. Member Responsibilities

• Submit clear, timely, and complete design briefs.
• Use only materials (logos, images, content) that they legally own or have usage rights for.
• Comply with any branding standards provided by eXp Luxury.
• Respond to design drafts and revisions within 48 hours. Delays beyond this may result in the request being deprioritized or placed at the end of the queue.

8. Service Limitations

Canva Concierge does not provide:

• Logo or brand identity creation
• Professional video editing
• Photo retouching or enhancement
• 3D renderings
• Community or social media management
• Custom floorplans
• Website design or editing
• SEO or copywriting services
• Printing or shipping logistics
• Any work outside Canva’s capabilities

9. Printing & File Delivery

• Canva Concierge does not handle printing or distribution.
• Members are responsible for downloading, printing, and executing their designs.
• Our team will work to meet specifications for third-party printers when shared in advance.

10. Unused Time & Plan Expiration

Design hours included in a member’s plan are non-refundable and do not roll over to the following month unless non-use is a direct result of a delay or error caused by the Canva Concierge team.

11. Modifications to Terms

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change as services evolve. Updates will be posted and communicated to users when applicable. Continued use of Canva Concierge following such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
